Sizing
How do I find my size?
Check out our Size Guide all you need is a minute! Measure the widest part of each nail in millimetres and match to our chart. We offer XS, S, M and L.
What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for comfort. You can also DM us on Instagram and we'll help you figure it out!
Application
How do I apply press-on nails?
Each set comes with nail glue and a prep kit with instructions. Here's the basic process:
- Clean and buff your natural nails
- Push back your cuticles
- Apply a thin layer of glue to your natural nail
- Apply a bead of glue to the base of the press on
- Press the nail on firmly at a 45 degree angle for 10–15 seconds
- Repeat for all fingers and you're done!
How long do they last?
With proper prep and application, our press-ons can last from 2 to 4 weeks. The key is clean, oil-free nails before applying!
Can I reuse them?
Yes! If you remove them carefully (soak in warm water for 10–15 minutes), you can reuse them multiple times.

How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 5–7 days to make and ship. We'll keep you updated throughout!

How long does delivery take?
UK Standard: 3–5 days · UK Express: 1–2 days · EU & International: 7–14 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £35.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on opened sets. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll always do our best to make it right.
